Timestamp is not obtained correctly from metadata

Hi, I noticed that some media dates from 23/08/2023, which is when I uploaded data and setup immich. This media has been incorrectly parsed. For example (screenshot1.png) you can see that in theory it was taken on 23/08/2023. However, windows's properties says otherwise (screenshot2.png). I attach the photo (photo1.jpg) if you want to try to reproduce it. This happens with .mpg .mp4 and .jpg (so basically a mix of everything I have) I have tried refreshing the metadata with no results. Immich-microservices doesn't seem to complain of anything. Also note that this does not happen with all the media I have. It is only a handful and I could swear it is with specific camera models. Running Immich v1.81.0
