hey @Cyb3r-Jok3 sorry to ping you again, we have not received any updates on our ticket. We have no idea what to expect. Have they found a problem? When can we expect an answer? It's a real problem because if not solved by tomorrow we will have to change providers

Unfortunately I don’t have any update as typically it goes through the ticket once escalated, and I’m not a Cloudflare employee . Have they responded on the ticket saying they are investigating or any response. If not, What’s your ticket number and I can ask them to provide a response on it.
