Bringing with him the force of a blizzard, Canadian agent Cryo freezes enemies in their tracks. With an icy arsenal at his disposal, he freezes both the field and his target, and lets frostbite take care of the rest. Basic Abilities: C: Flash Freeze (2 charges) - EQUIP an ice refractor construct. FIRE to throw it forward. ALT FIRE to throw it close. After 1.5 seconds, it will start a short windup, after which it will blind anyone looking at it, as well as freezing an area below it. (dampens movement) Q: Permafrost (1 charge) - EQUIP a ground-freezing ability. FIRE to start a channel for an ability that deploys ice in a large conical area in front of you. Walking on ice is "slippery", meaning that it dampens movement. Signature E: Blizzard (2 charges, 40s CD) INSTANTLY start a short windup for an ability that deploys a small ice smoke that travels forward slowly and grows over time. The smoke slows down enemies inside it. ULT X: Glacial Wave (7 points) - EQUIP an ice crystal. FIRE to deploy it into the sky at a target location. REACTIVATE to target a location shatter it towards, sending down deadly shards of ice in a small range for 2s. Each shard hits through the shield for 20 damage. There are 15 shards in total, and the radius of the ability is the same as the Brimstone stim beacon.
