can not download albums
I have immich set up on my unraid server with docker compose.. I have created a album with pictures approx 5 gb or 270 photos.
I have a reverse proxy running with my own domain through cloud flare. I have set cloud flare to dns only so not to hit any limits.
I have created a share link to the album and have sent it out to family members. They can click the link and view the album no issues.
However when they try to download the album by clicking the button in the top right it always fails. It creates 2 files by the looks of it as it splits at 4gb it get a certain way through then fails. They are downloading through their phones ok chrome or safari always fails. I have attached a screenshot of the error

We don't really have support of downloading album on the mobile's browser yet
Thanks for getting back to me but if I do it locally it works fine even on mobile browser is this normal?

so it works fine accessing locally but not when using dns
probably something in CF settings then since it is the one difference
So contacted CF and they said as I am using the record as a dns only and not proxyed there are no restrictions so don't know what else it can be does anyone have any ideas?
Do you have a reverse proxy? Maybe there is some limit set there. If it works locally but not remotely there is obviously some configuration or component that is impacting this
You could try getting the error log from the remote device
Yes u use NPM on unraid let me see if there is anything in there
Genius I thought about Cloudflare and immich forgot the middleman. Worked a charm added advanced configuration into NPM
