Stuck uploading images on iOS
I have an issue on iOS where immich gets stuck uploading images after a while. The remainder count would stop at 94. If I take new pictures , it would later upload those pictures fine but gets stuck at 94 again. The progress bar is also not moving and it seems to be uploading an image so it shouldn't take that long. On other days it sometimes works and makes a little progress before getting stuck again. I checked the logs and I couldn't find any errors. I'm not sure why this is happening.

is there anything networking in between like CloudFlare?

Can you help grabbing the mobile log
Can you tap to the error message and capture the stack trace?
Actually this error happens when I try to tap the share icon from the logs and nothing happens
can you hit start upload then when it doesn't work, go to the log and check if there is any error?
I cleared the logs, then went to start upload ,waited a minute, didn't see any errors
and the files aren't uploaded, correct?
Do you know if those files are on iCloud?
or local on the iPad?
These are local files. In the iCloud settings I set the photos to Download and Keep Originals
I tried uploading again and now the remainder is down to 38 and it's stuck again
how long are you waiting for before considering the file stuck?
only asking because i had a similar issue, but resolved it by just letting the app be for about an hour
I let the app run for hours

Yes and reinstalling didn’t help either.
And exporting the logs to csv still doesn’t work either
Maybe something going on with the iPad, I am not sure. On theory it should work the same as on the iPhone 🤔
