Cannot connect to ports.ubuntu.com, can't install Ubuntu XFCE

Greetings, I am trying to install Ubuntu 22.04 XFCE and eventually it'll stop at "Connecting to ports.ubuntu.com". My internet is working just fine, can do apt update and upgrade, but Eventually fail at installation, what can I do with that?
