What is it about "features"=>["COMMUNITY", "NEWS"]?
One of the servers my bot is connected to has those "features". For others the array is empty.
What are those features about?
How do I enable/disable them?

you cannot disable it unless you are the server owner
And if I am an owner, where can I disable it?
server settings > community
do note you lose forums etc
