1042 Error only on my local machine
I'm testing from the Cloudflare Workers Quick Edit UI and all of a sudden I'm getting a 1042 error on all external JS requests. When I asked my colleague to test he does not see this on his machine and I did not see this error when I ran on a virtual machine. So the issue must be due to something local on my machine or network? Any insights?

What are you trying to fetch? Is it a another worker?
I know this error arises with calling another worker and free tier capacity limits, but its clearly not the case. I've tested it against a series of URLs that are all external and to commercial APIs like Airtable.
When I run the exact same payload test in the exact same CFW UI but just from another machine, it works just fine. Been working with Workers for a few years and its the first time I've seen this.
