Uniqlo Sweaters, which material?

Quick question regarding Uniqlo sweaters, which one should I go for: lambs wool, merino, or soufflé yarn? Not really familiar with the material and it is my first time buying sweaters so any advice would be appreciated!

I can't speak for the others but I got a lambswool this season and like it a lot. It's likely not as high quality as other brands but it's very warm and looks nice for the price. It does fit very large though, I sized down to a small despite all the similarly sized models in product photos wearing medium

If you check #fashion-guides there’s a few articles talking about sweaters and wool materials. They also recommend J Crew for cheap sweaters over Uniqlo (“Consensus is that Uniqlo's knitwear won't hold up.”) But I don’t know if that’s changed since the guides were written. I’ve also been getting started in knitwear recently, and at the moment I really prefer cotton sweaters. Wool is obviously desirable for a lot of reasons, (and I have a couple wool sweaters I like) but cotton is generally cheaper, lighter, and MUCH easier to wash.
