Zero Trust + NGINX Help

Hey, I'm having an issue with setting up NGINX appropriately for one of my sites protected by Zero Trust. I'm able to bypass the Zero Trust process by targetting the server's IP directly with the Host header being the domain protected by Zero Trust. Any ideas on ways to prevent this? Would blocking all IPs apart from Cloudflare's IPs be the best option?
