nginx proxy manager Bad gateway Error code 502

so im using docker and nginx proxy manager, but when i visit using the domain that is through cloudflare i get the error

sounds like nginx proxy manager can't reach your configured origin, I would check its logs

the fix was i npm needs to be in http inside the npm config not https
