cloudfare error 403 and error 1020 access denied
Hi im having a problem accesing a game called old school runescape, it seems that this game use cloudflare and when i access the game i get error code 1020 and 403, bassicaly i cannot play the game, when i contact the game support they ask me to contact cloudflare support? any idea how to fix this? thanks in advance

Sounds like they are a bit confused, sadly Cloudflare can't help you here.
Each Cloudflare Customer has full control over their security/firewall rules, and Cloudflare won't override what they set. They have some rule or configuration blocking you. You can give them the RayID on the block page, and they can search via that. Otherwise, without their help, you can just try to avoid the firewall rule. Don't use a VPN, use a modern supported browser like Chrome or Firefox, on latest version, try disabling all extensions, specifically any user agent changing things. You could also be from a country they don't support, like the EU
hi thanks for the quick respond, oh didnt know they have full control over their security, thats what they say to me. the thing is i've had the error code 1020 when i go to their website for years but only when i use wifi, it works fine with the mobile networks. same as the game i can't play the game with wifi only works with mobile network from what i've read online my IP is being blocked. is asia from country they or cloudflare dont support?. sorry if what im saying is sound stupid. to be honest i dont know what im saying i just read it online
Cloudflare supports it, they might not. Only they know exactly why you got blocked, 1020 is just a generic firewall block error, it could be based on any factor like user agent, ip address, country, city, ISP, etc
