❔ MSVS: My intellisense is not working and I have a huge list of errors in solution explorer

What is happening? I uninstalled and reinstalled MSVS on friday to re-login to my github copilot and now I'm running into these issues. What did I do wrong? How to fix?

your intellisense is not working because every single project is flagged as "incompatible"
so troubleshoot that, not the symptom
what type of a solution is that
and projects for that matter
