Is R2 worker cache is the same as Cloudflare CDN?
How can I add cloudflare cdn in front of my private R2 bucket? I will use presigned URLs to access files

Looks like you already got an answer in #r2 back when you asked, but just in case:
Is R2 worker cache is the same as Cloudflare CDN?If you're asking Worker Cache API vs Cache CDN, Worker Cache API is just local Cloudflare location where normal CDN Cache could be Tiered Caching + Cache Reserve However, for R2 Custom domains, it's just local location cache as well

I will use presigned URLs to access filesYou would have to either use a Custom Domain and use Pro+'s HMAC function to implement your own signing, or use a Worker with your own signing. Presigned URLs by S3 only work on the s3 compat API, which can't be cached
