100% Cotton cloths
Thank you all for your previous advice, I just want to ask few more questions:
1- Is it true the first time you wash your cotton cloth they will shrink a little bit no matter what? even if you hand wash them in cold water and trumble dry them
2- Can I use my washing machine which is set on 450 spins and 30 degree to wash my cotton cloths without risk of damaging them?
3- Once you wash your cotton cloth in warm water and they shrink there is no way to fix them?

1) don't tumble dry and shrinkage will be extremely minimal if any
2) yes
3) no there is no real way to fix them
1) it can depend. Most things if you wash cold and hang dry you'll be good. Some dress shirts/ button downs are guaranteed to shrink a little even in cold water on the first wash. If that's the case they're usually designed to shrink to the measurements for that shirt (e.g. A 15 33 might be 15ish and 34 inches out of the box but shrink to 15 33 after a cold wash)
Most other cotton things that 'shrink' in a cold wash relax while you're wearing them. Especially jeans. Don't worry too much about it, just avoid the dryer with stuff you really care about and you should be good.
