Big Problem
I don't have Cloud flare and when launching rocket league today, I had a huge white box on my screen saying I am blocked from discord. This ofc is not the case since I am writing this. I can't make it close or small or something and it only happens in rocket League

Discord is having a widespread issue at the moment. You are not banned.
You can try reloading Discord with Ctrl+R every couple minutes, or keep an eye on https://discordstatus.com/incidents/0vb343wz5sq5 for when it's fully resolved.

But why is it on my rocket league screen?
You can try disabling the Discord overlay.
