Android App login Bug on one specific device
Hi everyone, thank you for this wonderful application
My sister has a strange issue, when she tries to login on the IMMICH app the Oauth Chrome window opens. She enters her credentials and authorizes that Immich can access her data. But then she gets returned to a blank UI login screen without the URL.
IMMICH created the user from that login attempt and she can access it from the web ui.
and the app logs are emtpy even if put to the most sensitive log setting
For everyone else it works flawlessly
What we already tried:
restart of her android device
removal and reinstallation of the immich app
reset of all of her settings on her mobile device
putting the app.immich/ URL as the first redirect URL
Anyone here that had a similar issue?

@Mr.Green Cake I believe this is the issue you are running in on some Android tablets, correct?
Can she successfully login with oauth on another phone? Is it just that specific phone that has the issue?
she can login with her account on my device (one plus 8t)
it seems like it, yes.
can she enter the login credentials INSIDE the app and login successfully?
i turned off this feature but we will try it once i get a hold of her 🙂
uh alright. Because i were able to. That's why i ask. It seems strange you're the second user that is experiencing this

btw,
reset of all of her settings on her mobile device
means factory reset?no not factory reset
theres is a seperate button:

yeah, i would like to ask for factory reset your device. But before that, download some android app that will get all your app names to some csv or file like that. This way we can determine which apps we had in common and potentially could cause this issue.
i already talked to her about that and she says that she won't do it.
Because she doesnt like to have to reconfogure everything. Which i can understand.
Yup, i understand it as well
