pufferpanel not creating user in terminal

im using pufferpanel and when i create a user in terminal it shows this error Failed to create user: UNIQUE constraint failed: users.username

also when i try to make an admin user thats not named admin it succeeds but i can’t log in.

Have you consulted PufferPanel first?

Also, probably try a different username?
