How are these shoes meant to be worn?
Does anyone know how these flaps are meant to be used? Because if I just wear the shoes like this the flaps protude from the shoes like I'm Hermes or some shit

I believe they button up over the laces.
there's nothing to attach them to on the other side though
Where are the boots from, maybe we can find some model photos to see how they should be styled?
it doesn't say a brand and I thrifted them without paying attention to these flaps

I don't think the flaps have any functional use, just a stylized design choice
