Pokestops - 600 spins per day / 3500 spins per week maximum.
Pokemon - 1200 catches per day / 8400 catches per week maximum.
Buddy Candy - 40km worth of candy per day

No one that play legit, can reach this limit.
Well you can if U play for like 12 hours
They wouldn't ban unless you use 3rd party applications
I'm pretty sure I never did that tho i play like really casually i play like 10 mins a day
