❔ Windows 11: Slow Settings Screen when Accessing VPN Settings

Hello, I need help, but first, I want to ask if it's okay for the Windows settings screen to freeze (not responding) for about 1.5 minutes when I try to open the VPN settings. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm using Windows 11 Enterprise OS.
