You get a certain number of builds per month, 500 per month for free. Each build (if successful) generates a deployment, each deployment can have up to 20,000 files, and no one file/asset can be larger then 25 MiB, there's no overall size limit though other then the file amount limit. There's no limits on direct uploads or preview deployments that are active, there is a limit a soft limit of 100 sites/pages project per account which you can get raised with jusification.
(The 20k file limit and 25 MiB per asset file size limit are fixed and cannot be changed)
