Worker not always finding .svg/.webp
I'm running into an issue where my cloudflare worker in front of R2 is failing to return webp/svg but works fine for png/jpg. It appears to be a caching issue of some kind because the images will work temporarily and then become 404s. Is there a known issue with these formatt and the worker cache api? Or can I provide my code somewhere for someone to review?
The worker is only about 100 lines long and is based on the GET request as described here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/r2/api/workers/workers-api-usage/
