I’m fairly certain there’s not a specific name, but the Rose embroidery on a black shirt is a common motif. I’d search for “Rose embroidered western shirt” “Rose embellished western shirt” or “Rose appliqué western shirt”
I did a quick search of "western embroidered shirt" on Etsy and got some pretty cool vintage options

Huh, upsett1 is right, they seem to actually be called "western shirts" in a standard sense. Bringing up the yoke shape or piping is kind of helping narrow it down to similar items but I suspect cheap listings won't know to mention that if you're looking for vintage or secondhand... but might help for decently made alternatives to the ALD one
Speaking of etsy and vintage items though, not sure they'd have what you're looking for let alone in your size but I'm gonna be keeping an eye on this store now bc 👀
