permanent wanted lvll
how can i make my wantred lvl permanent lvl 3 ? ofc if i kill cops etc its gonna rise but i want it to stay at lvl 3

Yes , but if I go ahead and kill like 20 cops it turns to lvl 4 and then lvl 5
Hm, unsure if it locks your wanted level, maybe this could be a feature to add in the future
