Add documentation for Runtime
In a Mandelbrot notebook, we have seen examples of using Runtime, but as for now there is no documentations about arguments, use cases, etc. Any plans to provide more information? Thank you.

Hi @vmois yes we've been discussing this, they also might potentially be making the runtime global by default. We'll have more documentation and information coming, thanks for raising and stay tuned.
