Accessibility Issue with Cloudflare-Protected Websites
Hello,
We are currently experiencing an issue with accessing certain websites protected by Cloudflare. Websites such as slack.com, chat.openai.com, spotify.com, and others are inaccessible from some of our IP addresses and networks.
We have identified several IP addresses that are affected by this issue, including but not limited to:
188.190.183.215
188.190.183.191
These IPs are part of the network range 188.190.183.1/24. The problem seems to be consistent across this range and potentially others.
We have already checked our network configuration, and there are no apparent issues on our end that would cause this disruption. Given that these websites are essential for our daily operations, we kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you require any additional information or diagnostic data from our side to help investigate and address this issue effectively. We understand the importance of maintaining a smooth online presence, and we appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Thank you for your assistance.

Status code of 451 is “unavailable for legal reasons”. What country are you located in?
yeah we are from west ukraine
located in Khmelnitsky
idk why this work only on /24 network, if i use, for example, 188.190.190.5 - all good
You are likely getting blocked by OFAC sanction lists. My company has had some issues with onboarding Ukraine contractors because we use a 3rd party to filter out IPs.
I would maybe check maxmind for your IPs to get if they have changed where they think your IPs are located as most companies use them
strange... we use a /19 network for clients but blocked only one /24. Okay, i'm check this on sanction lists. ty for help
