i agree with the bird
i think it only matters if u r just wearing one color lol. like jeans + (color) shirt. combining and layering multiple colors makes skin color irrelevant
Cant go wrong with earth tones & neutrals imo: ecru/tan, light/med browns, olive, burgundy, mustard, forest green, grays/charcoal
