If i were to refund a skin, does it give me the full VP i spent for it, or only partially?
I really want to refund a skin i regret buying, and get the VP back to get another knife in my shop right now. I checked the refunds page and the skin im trying to refund is eligible for a refund, but i dont know if it will give me the VP i need or not
