Books on Fashion
Thought this might be an interesting idea for a thread. Are there any specific books that helped to inspire you and if so how?

Anthology of a Decade by Hedi
“Subculture: the Meaning of Style” by Dick Hebdige
Elegance and True Style by Bruce Boyer are both great for classic menswear
I have True Style, need to finish it but the first 10 pages were good!
Ametora by David Marx for a historical take on Japanese Americana/Ivy Style
Take Ivy, Black Ivy, and Fuck Ivy are fun to put next to each other. The Kingdom of Prep is recent and has been a decent read so far (though admittedly I’ve barely started it). I’ve also liked looking through the Brooks Brothers and Rowing Blazers books.
