missing universal certs
hi all, where might i find my universal certs, or have my universal certs renewed? free plan user here
those are seperate domains in the screenshots

what do you mean?
Timed out means it tried for a while, kept failing, and eventually gave up. Something is wrong with your site most likely. You can disable Universal SSL, wait ~5-15 minutes, re-enable, and it should try again, but that won't fix the root issue (unless it's already been fixed and your site resolves fine now).
If you're comfortable sharing the domain name (here or in DMs), we can double check the common misconfigurations for you.
The domain that doesn't show any certs at all probably doesn't have Universal SSL turned on? You can find the setting for it under SSL/TLS -> Edge Certificates -> at the bottom, Enable Universal SSL.
Are these domains newly added?
