i got a warning from pokemon go that i'm using a third party client and i think there's a 7 day time ban what can i do?

Same thing happened to me..after a week of go fest, i got banned for 7 days
you guys really need to do some research before spoofing
you must be jailbroken/rooted to download spoofers onto ur phone
otherwise you can use a pc

spoofing is a form of cheating in pogo
it allows you to walk and teleport without doing so irl
you can do it with iphone
i reccomend using a pc alongside iphone
and using ianygo
you can also do jailbreak+ipogo
but thats long and complicated
you copy and paste coordiantes into the spoofer
which allow you to tp to that location
and do the raids
I see a lot of people getting caught and banned for 7 days or worse. Is it worth it? I’m all for breaking the rules I just don’t like getting caught ya know.
most ppl you see getting banned are ppl who dont do any research before spoofing
and end up doing smthing dumb like not rooting before downloading pgsharp
there are safe methods and there are non safe methods
even if you root before downloading pgsharp you still have a chance to be caught, rooting does not guarantee you safety when using pgsharp because it is a modified application
