Shaving Kit
Can you all recommend a good shaving kit? Either double edge or electric as long as it’s sensitive skin friendly.

Ideally from Amazon because I don’t want to wait ages for it to get here. My budget is $200
Merkur razor and Derby blades.
How’s this?
Does the soap matter or can I use hand soap?
don't use hand soap!
Proraso shaving soap is cheap and great
Seems expensive honestly, I've been using one of these for 15+ years https://merkur-razors.com/produkt/rasierer-22c/?lang=en

If you're going to spend more money, put it into the shaving brush
if you've sensitive skin, a horse hair shaving brush might be worth it
I second pretty much everything Brohji is saying. The kit you linked to might suffice but I think for that amount of money you can do much better. I've been using a Merkur 34C for 15+ years as well. I think waiting a few days makes sense if it's an item you'll be using for the next few years.
I'd also suggest getting a sampler of razor blades to see which one you like and buy in bulk after that.
Proraso, I'd recommend trying the one that comes in a tube instead of the soap, but that's a personal choice.

I'll also add another beginner friendly safety razor that's often recommended: the Edwin Jagger DE89. Pretty mild shave that's good for sensitive skin that's a good start if you're just starting off shaving. Another solid option is the Rockwell 6C, because it's advertised as adjustable being able to have a really mild shave to very aggressive and everything in between. Both should be available on Amazon.
Personna platinum blades are a great option as well
variety pack of blades is a good idea. I use Feathers, but they're really, REALLY sharp
