Stanley is the cut I’d presume
the fact its a straight hem at the bottom suggests its a casual shirt, designed to be worn untucked
Also no collar buttons
The material reads on the more casual side of things but you could certainly dress it up.
Button-down collars are generally a little less formal than non. @sinbad
