What permissions do ingame mods get?

I would love to have this question answered, I am currently learning moderation skills so that when in-game mod apps come again, I can possibly apply.
I currently am very curious about this as I want to know what exactly can I do to know the limits of my moderation.

i wanna use the admin tommy to troll exploiters
so can ingame mods spawn that?
or what do i need to do to get perms for that
Tommy gun isn’t an admin weapon anymore
You can purchase it for 199 robux in the specs tab
