Connection refused

I know I'm dumb. I couldn't troubleshoot, I did the best I could. So, I have a Minecraft server running. Yesterday it was working fine. Today I get a connection refused error. I made a new test server with no plugins, still no luck. The server console doesn't log anything, so I guess it's something to do with the client side. I have my Windows firewall disabled. The firewall on the Linux host allows incoming connections on port 25565. The server environment is PufferPanel inside a Docker container. Edit: I can't join through the domain nor through the internal IP of the host machine. I tried joining using Vanilla and a Fabric optimization modpack. Sorry again if I'm just dumb and not understanding anything. Thanks!

This seems like the server is off... You do know, if you are using SSH, you need to create a screen to make it run 24/7

Yeah my web panel takes care of that automatically I can try to forward it with Cloudflare Tunnels instead of port forwarding

0.0.0.0 is it wrong? I know a bit about networking and my fair share of Linux, but since there are no logs anywhere I don't know where to go
