❔ visual studio debug buttons greyed out

what kinda project is this? how did you open it?
I opened a solution, the buttons worked the first time i debugged and i pressed the restart button to the left and they all went away
have you tried restarting VS?

just me being stupid
I have one more question though
I cant get Debug.WriteLine or Console.WriteLine to show up anywhere
