I've been seeing ads for these guys lately - Anyone have any thoughts on what they have to offer?

Not to be too negative but I don’t like the style, and I’m not really convinced by the sustainability aspect. I find it really hard to believe they’ve nailed ethical fast fashion, but hey the materials on most things I checked are natural fibers, so maybe they have.
I believe they have a decent sale on some items currently, so I might get an item or two and put some input in here once they arrive
Do you have something in mind?
@iwannayoyo with this brand I've really only been looking at their pants since I've been wanting to spice my pant game up and it seemed like they have some interesting pieces
But looking around it seems like there aren't really a lot of verifiable reviews and a recurring theme is a lack of customer support and extremely slow processing/return/refund process
So it's making me hesitate on even getting anything haha
