Can a tailor do anything about tight arms/underarms in an overcoat?
Recently bought a very nice and rather pricy overcoat. Fits very well except for the fact that the underarm is quite tight. I can feel it on my triceps, and it causes the other layers I’m wearing to fold over and bunch up. Could a tailor alter the coat to loosen this area without changing the overall appearance? I think that even a small amount of additional space would resolve the issue

Show photos. But honestly probably not worth doing. A small amount may be possible however
