What does it mean?

What does 1000cp-gl and 2000cp-ul means? I cant figure it out. Thx!

Gl means great league and Ul means Ultra league👍🏽

Right. But what’s with the 1000cp? You only see pokemon suitable for gl but under 1000cp or...?
