IOS app stuck loading backup albums
Setup immich on a new server. Works fine on my android phone. On a family member's iPhone it has no albums selected to backup. When I go to pick one I get stuck on this screen. Any ideas how I can debug this. Thank you

Does this user use iCloud photo with Optimized storage turned on?
No, they do not use iCloud
Can you try navigate back and then return to this screen?
I have, same issue. I've also tried re-installing

yeah usually it would show after 1-2 seconds
Can you send the logs on the phone here?
How do I check them?
The profile drawer, there is a Logs selection

Hmm okay.. I have the same issue.. Removing the app and redoing the permissions fixed it for me temporarily
I'm likewise having this issue on iOS but not Android.
I'm using server 1.76.0 and client 1.75.1 build.115
Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work.
In Library I don't see any images on the device. I do see the images from my Android phone.
In the Log I see Found 23 local albums but they don't appear.
Do you have any errors in the logs as well? If so, kindly wait for the latest update to hit the stores, reproduce the issue and upload the new logs.
Hum, I just deleted a "corrupt" file in my Camera Roll on the iPhone and it appears as though the Backup is now working as expected. PhotoBackup (rsync tool) was crashing on the corrupt file so I'm not surprised the immich app couldn't read it either. Well, this is just a guess and I will definitely download the update when available and report back. "Albums on Device" now shows the images as well. Progress.
