Unmuted player can't speak
Player got unmuted but still can't speak in chat. Used litebans to mute and chat is ran by townychat. I have attached a video they submitted.
We had to restore a backup during a period they were muted, could this have had an affect?

id assume it would say something in console when they attempt to talk
I didn't notice anything the first time but I will ask them to try again

Nvm bro just didn't have chat turned on, it was set to commands only or something
