Need opinions/help on a UI layout decision
I'm working on my first full stack application (using MERN, it is an expense tracker app) and want to figure out what's the best way to go for this page.
So in my app, the user can have multiple wallets with certain spending limits, and this page is for seeing all the user's wallets. Each Wallet you see is a modal which displays an Edit Wallet section. But i also have an option of adding a new user wallet. Im confused as to where I should put that Add Wallet form/ how to present it.
Should i just present it as a button, and make the form pop-up in a modal? Should i just center everything and put it below the user wallets? But i don't think either of those options look good.
PS: Don't worry about the form's inner styling, I'm going to improve it. I just dunno where to put it in the layout.

or if you want me to change the whole page from scratch that's fine too, just need a way of going about this.
came up with this, looks good or na? I think the page is looking too empty, and would look especially empty if the user has only one wallet. is there a workaround?
