What can I use as a layer over my short sleeve button ups?
Would this linen/cotton military jacket work OK? Or should I go for something else? Pullovers? All of the above?
I am the only male working at a therapeutic preschool and have a lot of freedom in what I can wear, from very casual to a bit formal.

@rajas imo i'm a big fan of this jacket to layer over your button up, do you have pictures of what you plan to wear under?
