Issue with opening links

Ok, this is weird for me. I have multiple issues related to opening links 1. in Fish when typing help I get:

  ~> help
help: Help is being displayed in xdg-open.
 ~> /usr/bin/env: ‘wine’: No such file or directory

  ~> help

Also going to Gnome Settings -> Apps -> Help I get Screenshot number 1 Lastly, when I click on links from Thunderbird or some other apps nothing happens. Something is screwed but I can't figure out what (not sure this is entirely bazzite related but it all started after succesfully running the Bazzite Portal yesterday)

I rebased from Silverblue Ublue to Bazzite. This only happened after I changed themes back and forth I am inclined to do a fresh install

well, I was imagining the same thing. I was trying to revert to the classic Gnome theme and did (except the purple line) Anyway, I have just done a fresh install 😄
