Yes, you can use Proton VPN it’s free to use this is also just a workaround to the issue
okay but the vpn would affect my ping tho
cuz its free i only get usa china and netherlands
You can try to connect closest to the server location Server 1 is USA, Server 2 is in London UK iirc

I can’t explain on why it would cause that it has happened to me once I just restarted my client & seemed to work but wouldn’t be the case for others
