Spoofing issues

Does anyone know why when I spoof a Pokémon with certain stats and go to its coordinates, the same Pokémon appears but with completely different stats?

you are not level 30 or the pokemon did despawn

Yes that’s right You have to be over level 30 if you don’t the cp and the stats are random
