Thoughts on these Meermin loafers?
Looking for chunky loafers to go with pants like these or straight jeans as a more casual look but feel like these aren’t quite hitting. Curious what others think.
Also pls excuse the dirty mirror I will be cleaning that today lol

Meermin is nice but IDK if I'd call them chunky. There pretty sleek
Most Meermin loafers are sleek but these have a lug sole which chunks it up a bit. I think the reason they're looking off here is because the pants are a bit slim and the leg opening is pretty small, you want more of a relaxed and untapered cut when wearing chunky loafers
Any recs on chunkier loafers with a lug sole? The pants are supposed to be wide fit too

Loafers fine. Not my favorite sole but it's okay.
