Map Won't Load - No Extended Texture Budget Option
My map won't load and some clothes, guns and cars won't load as well.

You need to scroll down the list it’ll be below Distance Scaling

Might need a fresh install of GTA I’m not sure what’s the cause of this unfortunately
This is a longshot, but: try setting "Ignore Suggested Limits" to On
And restart / update your game
