Do we get static IP with CDN on the pro plan ?
We are currently using the pro plan of cloudflare. And for the DNS record we have enabled proxy on it.
I have the following questions:
1. Do we get static IP when we use proxy.
2. We are getting backsplash from the Cisco network when proxy is enabled and our client is not able to receive email. Is this somehow related to cloudflare CDN ?
Because with our original IP [ DNS only ], it is not showing as malicious domain
Please help

Im working on my cloud design at the moment. Yes cloudflare does make it seem easy but the devil is in the details
multiple cloud platforms may have config problems
The IP addresses on proxied records can change. You shouldn't use them for anything else and you can't rely on them being static.
Proxied records are only for web traffic. You should have your MX record(s) pointing to a non-proxied hostname. Email won't work through the proxy.
Your MX record should point to your mail server, not to a proxied website hostname.
Ok but Cisco while hitting our domain gets the IP address of cloudflare.
Our www record is proxied
Our xyz.com is proxied
So in this case should I DNS my domain and only proxy www record
Can you raise a support ticket for this so we can review this in more detail with you directly? https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/troubleshooting/general-troubleshooting/contacting-cloudflare-support/
Ok but Cisco while hitting our domain gets the IP address of cloudflare.Any proxied hosts will serve our Anycast IP's, because traffic is being proxied through Cloudflare.
